Our billing approach
FitVerx offers software and services that help fitness and wellness businesses manage their operations. Plans, pricing, billing frequency, and any trial terms are shown during the sign-up or proposal process and form part of your agreement with FitVerx.
By starting a paid plan, you authorise FitVerx or its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the plan and any applicable taxes. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Subscriptions and billing
- Recurring plans: unless your order says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Billing date: recurring charges are generally made on the day your plan begins or on the same calendar day in a later billing period.
- Price changes: we may change pricing for a future renewal. We will provide reasonable notice where required and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Taxes and fees: prices may not include sales tax, VAT, GST, or other charges that apply based on your location.
- Failed payments: we may retry a failed charge and may limit or suspend access if an overdue balance remains unpaid.
Cancellations
You can request cancellation by contacting us at contact@fitverx.com or by using the cancellation option made available in your account. Cancellation requests should be sent before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Unless your order or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using the paid features until that period ends, but future renewals will stop.
Refund eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period has started because FitVerx services are made available for use during that period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for unused time.
If you were charged in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or could not access the service because of a FitVerx issue, contact us promptly. We will review the account and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Any refund decision will consider the facts of the request, the service period, account usage, payment history, and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or card provider controls the time it takes for the credit to appear, which is commonly several business days after FitVerx processes it.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may ask for reasonable information to provide the refund or explain an alternative resolution. We do not refund third- party processing fees unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Trials, promotions, and exceptions
Trial periods, discounts, credits, setup fees, onboarding services, and promotional offers may have additional terms. Those terms will be shown when the offer is made and may override part of this policy for that specific offer.
Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right you may have under the laws that apply to you. If your written order or service agreement contains different refund terms, those terms will control for that purchase.
Contact us
