FitVerx is a white-label wellness management platform for gyms, studios, trainers, and growing fitness brands. We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal information.
Where a business uses FitVerx to manage its members, that business usually decides how member information is collected and used. In those cases, FitVerx processes information on the business's instructions and the business's own privacy notice may also apply.

- Member and service information: booking, membership, payment status, class, workout, communication, and support records entered by a FitVerx customer.

- Payment information: billing details processed through our payment providers. FitVerx does not store complete payment card numbers.
