Most studios are live within two weeks. Week one covers importing your members, classes, and trainers; week two is staff training and a soft launch with a small group before you switch everyone over.

Migration, pricing, branding, and everything else operators ask us on the first call.

Yes. We migrate member profiles, active memberships, class schedules, and payment tokens from most major platforms. Historical attendance and workout data can usually come across too, depending on what your current provider exports.
One session is normally enough. The trainer app is built around the day-to-day flow — check the schedule, open a client, assign or log a workout — so most of it is self-explanatory. We run a live onboarding call and leave you with short walkthrough videos.
You pay a monthly platform fee based on your active member count, not per staff seat. Add unlimited trainers and admins at no extra cost. Branded apps and multi-location setups are priced separately.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans come at a lower rate in exchange for the commitment. Either way, your data stays exportable for 90 days after you leave.
Your tier adjusts automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Seasonal dips reduce your bill rather than locking you into a peak-season rate.
Stripe, PayPal, Square, Adyen, Worldpay, Razorpay, Authorize.Net, and PayU. You keep your own merchant account, so payouts land where they already do today.
Yes — your name, logo, and colours, published on the App Store and Google Play under your developer account. Members download your app, not ours. Nothing in the interface points back to FitVerx.
Trainers and members need different things. Staff get scheduling, program building, and client management; members get their plan, bookings, and logging. Splitting them keeps both interfaces clean instead of burying features behind role checks.
Usually one to two weeks from the point we submit. We handle the submission, the store listing, and any review feedback — you just supply the brand assets and developer account access.
It does. You can run FitVerx next to your existing scheduling system and use it purely for coaching and nutrition, or replace the scheduling module entirely. Plenty of studios start with the first and move to the second.
InBody scanners push body composition results straight into member profiles. MYZONE syncs heart rate and effort data. Apple Health integration for sleep, steps, and activity is on the roadmap and any other integration attached.
You do. We process it on your behalf and never sell it, share it, or use it to market to your members. Full exports are available at any time in standard formats.
It identifies common meals reliably and estimates macros from portion size. It is designed as a faster starting point than manual entry, not a lab measurement — members can correct any item, and corrections improve future suggestions.
Yes. Each location keeps its own schedule, staff, and reporting, while head office sees consolidated numbers. Members can be given access to one site or all of them.
Email and in-app chat on every plan, with a named account manager on annual plans. Response times are within one business day, and urgent issues affecting bookings or payments are escalated the same day.
We release every two weeks. Larger items on the roadmap — check-in tracking, broadcast messaging, HSA/FSA payments, staff management — are included on your existing plan as they land, at no extra charge.
Yes, and a fair share of the roadmap comes from operator requests. Anything that would help more than one studio tends to move quickly.
